How much does it cost?

Google Apps is just £3.30 a month per user and includes the following:

There is also a premium service which gives you unlimited storage for £6.60 if you need extra space.

Why is it better than other business email?

Google Apps for work has two big benefits over other business email providers. Firstly users can add up to 30 aliases email addresses to their account and still only pay £3.30 a month. For example your main email address can be name@yourcompany.com and an aliases could be info@yourcompany.com. This is very useful for organisational purposes and multiple email address can easily be managed with filters in your inbox.

Secondly Google Apps gives you access to Googles Docs and Google Drive which are extremely useful for collaborative team work. Google docs are not saved locally like traditional documents and can be access anywhere. You can share your documents with colleges and even embed them into your website.
