MEDIGIVE® is a medical charity based in East Sussex. They approached me with a desire to build a bespoke WooCommerce website to enable them to receive, catalogue and donate large amounts of medical equipment.
The new site needed to be simple but a ‘private store’ function was required so registered users could log in, browse a catalogue of products and request items.
Having an accessible platform that was easy to maintain and update was also crucial to MEDIGIVE® as they would be responsible for populating the site with many thousands of products over time.

I created a WooCommerce website using an existing logo and general design guides provided by MEDIGIVE®
The site’s development required some more complex functions in addition to standard WooCommerce. I added functionality for a private store only visible to logged-in members, member registration, WooCommerce catalogue mode and the ability to request a quote instead of checkout.
